Being able to lean onto their decades of experience was a game changer. I ordered a pair of shoes on-line, only to find out there was an error in my order, the shoe had already sold out. The sales staff at Spokesman told me they would check with the supplier the next day, to see if they can get me the shoe I ordered. I was then informed the next day, that there were no more shoes left in the model and size I needed. Awesome shop and even more awesome staff! They took the time to dig through a bottomless pit of DT end caps to find the correct size needed to keep me rolling the steeps! Bike shop life!
