If I could leave no stars I would . Don’t take your e bike here for any repairs “Sam” is horrible very unprofessional person. We took our e-bike to him for repair he made excuse after excuse while adding extra repairs in kept giving a date bike would be ready it never was it took 2 weeks and we had to keep calling him for updates he never kept us updated. Amazing selection and great customer service. They sold me a high quality helmet a while back and I could not be happier with it. Perfect fit and great features. I was thrilled to find that a Haibike (and other eBike brands) dealer was in town. I bought my Haibike from them one year ago and have been more than pleased with the crew at Open Trails. I consider them to be friends, and not just some people that run a shop. They are doing a lot to promote eBiking in Santa Clarita and are active in holding group rides as well as admining the So Cal E-MTB Facebook group.
