The service here is outstanding. I started my journey trying to buy a Honda 650R then switched over to a rc390 unfortunately things turned out differently but I left feeling great with a couple of helmets for my cousins side by side. The manager Dave was super understanding and made things easy! Kira and Melvin in parts are truly the best!!!!!! 10/10

Probably the worst service department that I’ve ever dealt with. Took my bike in on a warranty claim (a policy that they sold me) and it took six months to get it back. A month after having it they called me up and accused me of putting an aftermarket piston in when the rest of the bike is stock. Two months in and they finally filed the claim. Then five months in after receiving zero updates on the progress and getting the same answer of “it’s not our fault, we’re waiting on parts” they final...

Quick, solid work. Friendly team. Fair prices. They gave my bike a quick once-over, even though I was just here for a tire. Would definitely come here again.

I brought my generator in because it was making an odd sound. The team here at Ken and Joes went above and beyond to help me out. From unbolting and taking it off the trailer tongue , to educating me on what they think is wrong and why this sort of things happen. Just incredible customer service , they truly care about their customers and it shows! Thanks for all you guys do! You have a forever customer!

Ken & Joe's has friendly staff, that understand their products at a deeper level. They were willing to work with me on an individual level, accommodate my needs–even little details, like installing custom items to my new Honda Ruckus. They walked me through owning the new bike, step by step–it was such a fun day. Thanks Craig and the crew, for a great experience!
