I have a Rad 6+ that is currently broken. The Rad Power service station in Texas is not receiving any updates from the factory regarding troubleshooting procedures. I stopped at the Rad Power dealer I bought the bike from in 2023. They offered little in the way of troubleshooting advice, did not offer to talk to the shop in Texas and would not sell me a controller harness and module. Very unhelpful. Best ebike shop in town! Their customer service is unmatched. Got to use their radrunner max to ride around town and it was such an easy bike to maneuver. As a cyclist, I was hesitant on riding an ebike but the staff here won me over! 10/10 and absolutely getting something here again.

5-Star for sure. While we were traveling north along the California Coast our Rad Runner came loose on our bike rack as we drug it down the highway for several miles. The throttle, throttle cable, brake lever, cable mirror and handlebar ground off the bike. Thought we would have to complete our trip with only one bike. We bring our son’s bike here for service when needed and they are always courteous, professional, and polite. They take their time explaining what needs to be fixed and I always feel they are honest and try to give you the best solution for your time and budget needs. I’ve rode electric bikes before but this is my first ever electric bike. What attracted me the most was being able to test ride the bikes that were being marketed.
