I showed up without any appointment, unhappy that i would have to spend my vacations without my scooter. The guys at Ooty's scooter were able to service my bike within 2 business days. Turns out it needed a new battery, thank you for giving me back my scooter so quick! I recommend this place.

I dropped off my scooter to Ryan and he was full disclosure explained everything carefully to me and gave me a reasonable price to fix my scooter I highly recommend this business

I came in today to look at some scooters. While I didn’t leave with any I appreciate the owners personality. He was very friendly with a bright smile. He answered all of my questions in detail and left me with a ton of things to consider and a lot of information to help me if I decide to buy one. Not to mention, they have a great finance option. The 2.5 stars from the other reviews really through me off when I went inside and had a great experience.

I was sold my SYM Fiddle III scooter here in 2017 and it has been taken care of by the team here ever since. I had scooter before I had a car and it was such an upgrade for getting around town (and I highly recommend it). I really trust these guys and love that I can support a family business over the years.

Original review: I bought a new scooter from Ootys that turned out to be a lemon. After 6 repair attempts they were unable to work with the manufacturer to secure a replacement and unwilling to consider an exchange or trade in. When I complained the manager told me I should be grateful that they provided free towing and had not refused me service. In the end I had to retain an attorney to negotiate a repurchase agreement with the manufacturer. All this happened while the bike was under warran...
