I'm new to road bikes. I got a used bike serviced here. They did a great job making it look great and getting it ready for me to ride. They were knowledgeable, friendly, turn around time was fast, and the price was better than other shops I had looked at. They also gave me some pointers without making me feel completely clueless. I'm definitely coming back in the future. I definitely recommend this place!

Took my very old Cannondale road bike in for service. Was losing gears on the bottom end, spokes needed truing, new pads, crank detailer was rubbing. Talked to Josh who says it probably needed a full tune up and lube. Got a call one day later that it was done. When I picked it up, it looked like a completely new bike. Shined up. Josh told me the detailers were gunked asking with the shifters. He tore everything apart, flushed out the gunk, lubed it all, and trued the spokes all for $80...
