Walked in three days before Christmas looking to purchase a new bike. Michael was super attentive, with recommendations focused on comfort while going through the bike fit options. Devon was also super welcoming and helpful when it came to making the final decision. The team at OB Ebikes really made the holidays the best this year! Would recommend to all my friends and family. We had a great time from start to finish. We rented three e-bikes, and everything was handled perfectly. Jenny was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Jake from the service team made sure all the bikes were in excellent condition and ready to go, so we could just enjoy the ride without any worries. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

I had posted a good review but unfortunately their service wants to charge me $100 and $20 that diagnose an ongoing problem with my electric bike cutting out mind you I did buy the kit from them they did put it on the bike and it's only about 4 to 5 months old I was in amount a month ago and they said there was no warranty on the parts which I can maybe understand but then they want to charge me $120 just to find out what the problem is that's ridiculous I can't afford that kind of money righ...

Purchased an Ebox wheelie bar online on 11/28 which showed in-stock. - 12/12 (2 weeks later) I had to follow up as it's getting close to Christmas and had heard nothing from them. - 12/15 they replied with "Should ship today." - 12/16 I get an automated notification that my order is cancelled. Chris is great ! Knowledgeable and charged me a fair rate for all service and he could have charged me more but looked at my bike and didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Would recommend the shop for all your Ebike needs. The only great Ebike repair in San Diego I’ve come across. JKL
