Tower Electric Bikes

These folks are great! Amazing customer service which is rare these days. I took my Lectric bike to them because 2 of my local bike shops wouldn’t even look at my ebike. I just needed new brakes. These guys were polite, helpful and told me the brakes just needed adjusting. They refunded the difference between replacement and adjustment. Only kept the ebike for 2 days. I will give them all my business and have referred friends to them.

Friendly, professional service, and high quality work. They had to order a special tool to fix my 1994 Cannondale. It probably cost them as much as they charged for the repair. Along with a few other things that got fixed, I can say that my bike rides as good as the day I bought it. Thanks Tower. -J.A.

Very good job,saved me lots of money. They surely know what they are doing,you feel it! They are e-bike experts. I brought my ebike to an other store,but they coldn’t fix it. Luckily I found this place. And,bingo!!! Perfect!!
