The Bicycle Mechanic Ebikes and Repairs

Amazing customer service! My bike had a flat tire, and Ray was so kind to take it despite me not making an appointment ahead of time. There was an angry, demanding customer ahead of me, to no fault of the shop or the owner. I was not charged for my service because of it! A very nice, above and beyond gesture for something that was not even within their control. Will definitely come back for all my future bike needs.

So i just got into MTB(ing) a couple months back and i bought a bike pre owned and had hard time getting into 3rd gear. I took it in to Ray , he saw the problem right away and let me know how long it would take. i also mentioned that i wanted to swap out my handle bars and a tune up. He did all that in a couple days notice and for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend ray, at The Bicycle Mechanic!

Needed my bike to be tuned up and to fix a flat within a matter of hours before being gone for the weekend and asked the owner if he could get it done. He got it more than done, best experience I've ever had with a bicycle mechanic. Done quick and event went above and beyond to fix other issues my bike had that I didn't realize were there. Highly recommend this spot.

Ray is an exceptional mechanic. He has a history of working on bicycles and motorcycles for as long as I have known him, which is 15 years. I will only get on a motorcycle or bicycle that he has tuned or built or thoroughly checked over. He is a perfectionist and goes over every inch, checking every bolt. Ray is a professional, respectful and kind. A class act.

Ray is a total life saver!! I was missing just one piece to get my E-bike back on the road and Ray was nice enough to get me that part no questions asked. He knew exactly what I was talking about! Classy owner and great customer service!!
