I had an absolutely awful experience with Culture E-Bikes and the owner, Michelle Horner. We ordered a bike in October and were told it would arrive in November. By early December, nothing had shown up. Michelle told me she would send the tracking number when it shipped. She never did, and I was never notified that the bike was being delivered at all. My wife and I just spent 3 months working in Seattle, WA. These E- bikes are amazing there is nothing flat in Seattle, travels are either up or down often times steep grades. I weigh 220 and was amazed at the power to go up some of the grades. Just as important was to be able to stop at the bottom of the grades the disc brakes performed beautifully each time. I never received the bike I ordered due to serious negligence in Culture E-Bikes’ delivery and communication process. I was never given a tracking number or notified of shipment or delivery, and no tracking was entered into the Shop app, leaving me with no way to know the bike had arrived before it was stolen. We got our bike today!!! Scott and Michelle are 5-Star service. We’re able to pick the bike that meets all our requirements at reasonable price and Scott delivered to us.🤓 Highly recommend Culture Ebikes, go and test ride to find your mean-to-be bike.
