Big thanks to the staff here at Cal Coast! I had an eBike that needed a serious tune-up and not only did they get me riding again, they did it under budget and QUICK. This was during the holiday season just before Christmas so I expected to be without the bike for a bit but only a couple of days later they called and let me know it was ready to go. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service, I will definitely be back :)

Great customer service, I highly recommend Cal Coast to anyone looking for Ibis, Santa Cruz, or Surly bikes/e-bikes. No complaints, rare for the bike world! Bought my bike from Cal Coast, only for it to be stolen months later in OB. 2 years later, the thief left it in a random yard, the lady scanned the code on the bike and actually called the shop to let them know.
