Had a chance to order a rim from BMB. The site was easy to navigate, and the order process was easy. I was worried about the shipping, as rims are usually very easy to damage. To my surprise, the rim was in my hand in two days (we live 1600 miles from them) and packed professionally in a double box. Called the store to thank them and spoke to Igor, who was very nice and attentive to feedback; you can't ask more for a store.

Recently got back into the MB scene and had my Turbo Levo delivered to this location. Brian called and said it was delivered and ready to go about a week ahead schedule(72 hours after placing the order!). When I arrived, he introduced me to the beast of a bike and made sure everything was dialed in to my liking. I came in with a tire that turned out to be the wrong wheel size, and not only did they catch it immediately, they helped me get into the right tire without any hassle at all. No attitude, no upsell pressure — just truly helpful people who know what they’re doing. What a great Bicycle Shop. Customer Service is above and beyond what you could ask. They really go out if their way to make you feel great about your selection from bike to parts to accessories. Go see Connor. This young man knows his bikes and how to treat his customers. As long as this guy is around I'll be making my purchases here.
