Redondo eBikes

I had an amazing experience with Redondo E-Bikes. My Lectric XPress 750 motor went bad just a month after I bought it, and they took care of the warranty repair quickly and professionally. The team was super friendly, kept me updated, and got my bike back to me fast. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about its customers, but these guys do. Highly recommend them for anyone who wants great service and a smooth experience! Btw, another bike shop in Redondo told me they need 3 weeks to do...

Manager "Rodney" is rude, aggressive, and untrustworthy. Held bike for a week without fixing it, did not contact me, when called to check on bike was told it would be done in a couple hours then found out they never worked on the bike. There are so many more trustworthy bike shops in Redondo whose management care about repairing the bikes instead of selling for commission and who care about customer service whether men or women call - I don't advise women contact this shop.

These guys are absolutely amazing, we took our two standard non e bikes for service and repair and they were quick, efficient and very well priced! Could not do better fabulous 🎉❤️

Alex and Ronnie were very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave us good advice, helping us to find two really great Velotric bikes!

Everything was easy breezy! Two gents working were lovely, and friend and I had a blast. Recommend! UPDATE: Returned again! This time with my son, and we rented a bike that he could ride on the back. We had a blast, and he was whooping for the most of the ride. Looking forward to returning again in the near future.
