Very disappointed with owner lady. I was quoted $50.0 for installing the rear tire. And was told that can be done by 4:00 pm. The lady owner showed up and kept talking how I have been jumping the line to finish today. She told me her customer is coming in to pick up their bike. No one showed up to pick the bike, I was the only customer till closing time of 4:00 pm. She made Jose charge me $80.0 instead of $50.0 that I was quoted. We have bought Pedego element from them more than $2000.0 worth...

I am super impressed with the service I recently received at this Redondo store. I bought my Pedego from the previous owners Ken and Sue. They replaced my tires, tuned up shifting and soldered a headlight wire that had broken. They also replaced badly needed brake pads. The communication was great, the workmanship fantastic and the price reasonable. The turn around time was fast. I will be back for sure.
