Pretty disappointed with the customer service from this company. My wife earned a glare EB as a perk from her job, but the battery didn’t work, after weeks of poor communication we were able to return and they sent us a bike that was very clearly dinged up from previous usage and didn’t include the battery in packaging.

Bought an electronic scooter for my 10 year old, local exceptional customer service, great quality and affordable. Thank you, my son love his scooter.

Trust the last 2 reviews and DO NOT BUY from this company. I have been working with their customer service for several months trying to get resolution on an e-scooter that never worked. I sent back the original bike and the replacement they sent me has been used and they did not send a charger despite me returning the original one. Incredibly frustrating experience and now I have a hunk of junk on my hands that doesn’t even work!!!!!

Nice local mom and pop store for scooters, bikes, anything electric. This is my 2nd scooter that I've purchased from them. Plenty of options to choose from. Kids luv em.
