Sales deserves 5 stars but minus 1 for parts situation. (See last paragraph) The shop has many bikes on display and plenty of space to walk around. I walked in off the streets, looking for a particular Husqvarna motorcycle, and as I walked through the shop, I pleasantly was not attacked by any sales people. In appropriate time I asked for a bit of information and at that point was helped by taylor who I believe is the inventory manager, who gave me honest objective input on the bike, admitted to not knowing everything about that particular model. Went in for a simple service and they lost my light bar bracket. Didn’t complete multiple requested items. And after a total of about 6 weeks of having my bike in their shop they replaced the light bar with a lower lumen bar and wired it completely different from the previous wiring set up. I’ve never had so many issues with a shop . And to top it off they say they threw my old light bar away when I called the same day I picked my bike up. Would not recommend this shop unfortunately.

In and out with my new KTM purchase in 30 minutes. Seriously, why do dealerships make life so difficult? AEO gets the deal done and doesn’t make it difficult for you to give them money. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Other dealers should send secret shoppers here and learn how to do business.

AEO powersports has been my best motorcycle buying experiences by far! I drove two hours and Kyle had everything ready for me and was a joy to deal with me. Highly recommend for any one looking for a bike!
