It was my first time going to this store, I was really impressed with how wonderful & friendly their staff is. Both Christopher and Randall guided me on the right direction about what gear to get. Randall is very knowledgeable and was so helpful explaining things to me. I got a new bike and I'm slowly doing some upgrades to it as I keep increasing my weekly mileage. Will definitely recommend this store.

I brought my Ibis Ripley mountain bike in for maintenance and repairs after considering making a much longer drive to west LA for the same work, but deciding against it due to time and distance. South Bay Cycles has a very friendly and, as importantly, knowledgeable team. I unconditionally recommend these folks for sales and repairs!
