Burn The Ships Electrics

Bought two bikes, One in 2021 and one in 2022. I had a great experience working with Jonathan and more recently the bike service department for tune up’s and warranty replacements. Top tier local business. Highly recommend

My review is not false. I did not explain myself on the review because I was really upset with how I was spoken to over the phone, like they could not be bothered with me. It completely turned me off from doing further business with this place. A kinder and more helpful interaction would have made the difference. I ended up going to another place in Redondo, the customer service was top notch and I spent over $300 with them after my disappointing phone call here.

Fantastic experience dealing with Burn the Ships. Had been interested in e-bikes for some time but researching on-line was confusing me more. Stopped by BTSE earlier this week & must have test rode 8 different bikes, no sales pressure, take as long as you like to get the right bike & finally decided on the LYRIC. Stop by & see these guys in Redondo …. Great experience

I love my electric cruiser! The customer service at Burn The Ships is EXCELLENT! Steve goes above and beyond. I’ve been back to the shop for help with brakes and most recently, the battery. Steve could not be more helpful and kind. I would recommend Burn the Ships to anyone looking for an e-bike!

I came in looking for an e-bike with certain parameters (price around 2k, short enough for me,etc.) and I believe the owner was there that day and he helped me look through and sit on a few different bikes.
