Poor customer service I paid for a new motor upfront and that was supposed to be installed in a week. It ended up taking 4 weeks due to mishaps of not paying attention to detail. Then the wrong brake parts were installed and I was told they would not guarantee them. They were willing to send my son on his bike with faulty brakes.
