We bought a new battery for our electric bike from Olic, and within 6 months it went bad. She says we need to replace it for another $350. One of the worst services that someone did for me in my whole life! Totally terrible! I brought 2 bikes from Olic. I enjoyed the first one and traded it for a mountain bike, which proves to be a disaster. Anytime I try to shift the bike, the chains come off and the deraileur does not worked. Olic bike owner refused to replace the chains and the deraileur the first time and just pieced it together. My “regular” bike shop was backed up for months with repairs, as were many of the other bicycle shops in town. Going out on a limb, I googled “bicycle repair” & called Olic, not knowing they were an e-bike warehouse. Steven was so courteous over the phone & agreed to take a look at my beach cruiser as he happens to be a certified bicycle mechanic.
