I spoke with Nick before placing my order and was specifically told the plate would be sent out much sooner. That promise was the only reason I placed the order. When I later called to check on the status, there was no apology, no explanation, and no urgency—just a dismissive “it’s in the works.” The lack of professionalism and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not rely on anything you’re told prior to ordering.

The boys at Motocutz do some really fantastic work. Ive gotten a couple graphic kits for my Yamaha and little KLX110, and they came out super rad! The colors and material they use is top notch stuff compared to other moto graphic companies. They got some sick pre-made kits on their website, but I went with a totally custom order and they made a mocked up proof real fast and it came out amazing. Absolutely terrible customer service and shipping. I ordered just a surron plate in August of this year and it finally came in november. I contacted them many times and they said it got put into the wrong pile but after that it still took forever to come(like a month). The customer service showed basically no remorse and I really did expect to get it for free or at least the mini plates that I for free. I would recommend to find a better compnay and not this one. I've used MotoCutz for years to get myself and my husband custom graphics and various stickers. They never disappoint!! Todd and his entire crew have gone above and beyond for us, making sure we are always dialed. Stoked to have found them!!

Customer service is to be desired. Bought several decals/number plates in the past which were great. This time I ordered a jersey number which cost $47 it arrived in a box with no instructions, I tried to find instructions on their website but couldn't find them. So I watched YouTube and read directions elsewhere. Needless to say I ended up ironing the decal to the invisible back of itself. I called customer service and told them what happened.
