Jax Bicycle Center

I arrived here at 1 p.m. I waited for 55 minutes. This salon never opened. No one came, even though Google Maps says it’s open today until 6 p.m. The business hours are also listed on the door: Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Today is Thursday. No one is here. No one opened or showed up. I do not recommend coming here.

I had a really unpleasant experience here I have not come back ever since. Came to fix a flat tire so got a new tube there: it blew up 3 minutes into riding my bike again. Had to come back and replaced it, they admitted that they were having problems with a batch of tubes. The following weekend I had a 30 mile bike ride and after coming back home it blew up again. Very professional Bike Shop with knowledgeable staff. They brought my 20 year-old trek mountain bike back from the dead. Jesse and Sebastian were amazing and explained things in great detail. When I got my bike back, it looked better and rode better than it did when it was brand new.

It was a fabulous Southern California day with the temps in the mid 70's, the sun was shining and the bikes were not working properly. Luckily we broke down close to the Jax's shop. We found that both the front counter and the mechanics, were pleasant and professional. There were four of us on the ride, all four riders needed something. We were 30 miles into the ride and we had 30 miles to go, they made sure that we got to finished the ride and we able to complete it safely. 10 out of 10. :)

I had an incredible experience at Jax’s Huntington thanks to the amazing team there.
