Huntington Beach Bicycles

There is a reason this shop has a 3.1 star rating. I went in to get a chain changed out and he tried talking me in to leaving it for a week. When I said I can go out to my truck and take the chain off and bring it in to get one the same size he tried selling me a $50 tool. This guy is a tool and needs to improve on customer service. He could have had a new ebike customer as my wife and I are in the market. I was quickly turned off. Better shops out there. Don't waste your time.

Incredible shop! I was lucky to get a chance to talk to the owner, Mike, while he fixed my flat tire and I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help me out when I really needed it. Definitely going back for any of my bicycle needs when I'm in the area!10/10

I purchased a Trek Helmet online and decided to return it. I contacted the company and it said I could return it to any authorized dealer which this place is and when I came in the old guy kind of on the rude side. So what can I do for you? Mike provided above and beyond customer service. We brought our sons bike in last minute (right before leaving on our camping trip) and he was so kind to accommodate us and get the tires repaired same day. I am so greatful. We will be back again for our next bike purchase!

I was looking for an electric bike to purchase. I have been to many bike shops around Huntington Beach pricing different brands. Mike introduced himself and asked what I was interested in. I told him and he showed me the bikes he had in the store. He carries the brand Trek or Electra which Trek makes. Mike was very friendly and informative.
