This shop was one of the best, but it has changed and I have had to go to a different shop to fix what was done at this one now. I really didn’t want to update this review, but I have gone there a few times this last year and my bike wasn’t correctly fixed. I came in for help with a really challenging wheel alignment issue. I appreciate how Adam put a lot of thought and creativity into a practical solution. It was clear he loved bikes and helping riders get back on the road. As a result of his help a bike that would have been scrapped is back on the road and HB Cycles has a new delighted customer! BTW, they have THE BEST collection of tuned and often-modernized vintage mountain bikes. They are works of functional art.

Had the best brake prices and were able to help me out with a bolt that was stripped. Very informative on how to do the repair.

Solid bike shop. Honest people and they are used to working on high end bikes. I’ve had a ton of work done on my high end bikes here. Also, a ton of work done on my kids low end bikes. They do great at both.

I can't count the number of times I've come to this shop and they're not open even though their hours are posted as 11-6 Tuesday thru Saturday. Today I've been here for 35 minutes waiting and 10 people have come and gone. I don't know how they stay in business with such horrible service.
