We had a great entire experience with the owner Jay here and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new electric bikes. So much so that we took em out for a ride to the beach as soon as we purchased them and left our car at the shop. When we came back, he helped us make any necessary adjustments. I feel like he truly goes above and beyond to cater to his customers and we are truly grateful for the extra love he showed us!

We were in Huntington Beach for a few days and wanted to rent ebikes. Based on all the great reviews, we ended up going to see Jay at Fresch. He is the nicest guy with great products and prices. Jay was so incredibly helpful and accommodating for electric bike rentals for my daughter and her friend. He was available for questions and extremely helpful with teaching the girls how to use the bikes. He is a one man show so at times he was busy but he was always willing to answer questions and the experience could not have been better. We will go here when we need to rent or are ready to buy electric bikes 👍
