Feel let down: I dropped off my Lectric XP 4.0 on Dec 16, 2025. Spoke with Brian. I let him know that my bike needs brake pad replacement and needs type D brake pad that are (semi metallic). Great store amazing staff the salesman was extremely helpful let me try out multiple seats on my new bike that I was purchasing through them and test ride the bike.
