They were friendly, thorough, and careful with every detail—nothing was rushed or done halfway. The price was very reasonable, and the service was truly excellent. Amazing staff. My fiancée surprised me with a bike. It can be intimidating walking into a bike shop with minimal knowledge but Jeff took her serious and walked her thru various bikes. He patiently helped her over the span of 3 days. We took the bike home and had reservations about the size. Jeff welcomed us back in to test out larger sizes. Great group of guys! They did 2 custom retro build Fuji builds (Fuji Team Pro and Fuji Outland Pro) for me along with some other service and the experience has been great. This shop treated me with honesty and fairness. If they can't do it themselves they'll tell you who/where to get the obscure done. Highly recommend to ANYONE in SoCal.
