Over the course of two or three days i came in and bugged these guys when i was restoring some old bikes I had. Every one of the guys were all not only very helpful and knowledgeable, but were just plain personable and good to talk to. Prices for products were fair but where they had pretty darn good pricing was where it came to the services couldn't do myself, and they even remembered my name! Would add a sixth star if i could.

We are on a world cycle tour and recently had a problem with punctures that the cause was unclear. We called here near closing time on Sunday, they immediately agreed to look over the wheel, popped on fresh rim tape and a tube. Discussed with me why we had the problem and agreed it looked like a batch of tubes splitting at a join. We were hot and tired, they kindly gave us water and even a free T shirt. The whole team went the extra mile to help us out, and even better no more punctures!
