Great experience at Trek Bicycle Fresno. Alex and John were absolutely solid from start to finish, knowledgeable, no pressure, and actually listened to what I wanted. They made the whole process smooth and dialed everything in perfectly. Picked up a 2026 Madone SL 7 Gen 8 and couldn’t be happier. If you’re serious about bikes and want people who know their stuff, this is the shop to go to.

It will be hard for me to capture in words just how great an experience I had at this Trek Temple. My 2007 Madone 5.2 needed quite a bit of work. I started bringing my Cervelo here for maintenance and they’ve always been helpful diagnosing issues and having a quick turn around on service regardless if it’s not a Trek branded bike. Alex was awesome! We actually bought my Townie Go in Arizona, but we’re on a road trip and all of a sudden my power assist and throttle didn’t work.
