Pedego Electric Bikes Elk Grove

Pedego is awesome! This is definitely one of the best shop experience I’ve had in a long time!! I would do 6 stars if possible!! Brought my e-bike in for rear tire repair as the tire is loose from the wheel, possible out of shape and cannot be inflated. I’ve spend hours trying to fix it but in vain. Took the bike to the shop and Leo did a quick diagnose and told me the tire is tubeless and by adding a tube may fix the issue but he will try to save the tire first if it’s still in usable condi...

Pedego brand is not worth the price. Spent close to $8000.00 on three E-bikes for our family, and have been really disappointed 😞. Battery's are getting barely a third of the range we were told(even paid extra for "longer range" 😅). Costco has better E-Bikes, that do have better battery life, and better quality all around. Please, take this review seriously, purchase somewhere else. Really disappointed.

This shop is the best. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. The selection is great. They personalize your experience. We recently purchased with Pedego and I'm very unhappy. We have had issues with the bike since the day we bought it. Nothing is being done about it. Alot of back and forth. If I could go back I would not have purchased here and went somewhere else.
