Kate and her team are great! We brought in 3 bikes for tune ups, as expected there were some issues but they worked hard to keep the price from getting to high. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. We will be back and I highly recommend!

A few months back my Specialized needed a new cassette and chain. Work was completed in a timely fashion and responsibly priced. I returned today because the shifters were not engaging correctly. The mechanic quickly made a few adjustments and did a clean and lube of the cable. Works correctly again. Thank you for taking care of me.

I had such a great experience at this bike shop! Kate was incredibly patient and kind during my test rides, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. She was also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions with care. The whole experience was smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future bike needs!

I just walked in and tried my luck. Mike was so nice to help with the walker brake repair. Yes, they were able to fix my senior walker. It was fixed in less than half hour. I found out they also tune up recumbent trikes. 😁 Clean place, lots of parking and staff are helpful. Thank you!
