So far I love this bike. I don't get to ride as much due to the area I live in, but it's amazing. Eddie was great on the day of purchase. Morphy from support was great answering questions after the purchase and their tech is great. Overall very happy with the purchase!

Excellent service, both customer and with delivery. Promptly answered questions even before I was ready to purchase. I did quite a bit of research before deciding on the MX4. I also researched the different vendors. Luna cycles was a no brainer. The bike arrived promptly with zero issues. Assembly was painless and straight forward. Due to the weather ive only been able to take two 20 minute rides around the neighborhood, but it is a remarkable machine. Quality and power.

Absolutely awesome! The only bad part about the whole experience was the anticipation leading up to delivery lol the staff at Luna Cycle was with me every step of the way! Condition of the bike was immaculate, set-up was a breeze, couldn't be happier! It's been just under 3 months and I have almost 500 miles on my x3 lol I'll end on saying don't put it off till spring
