TL;DR E-Ryde SUCKS and so does the ebike brand SUPER 73 E-Ryde is a flytrap for kids. They have all the coolest brands. Some brands are better than others. My son wanted a Super 73. Begged! e-RYDE is great! The staff - especially Blake and Cole - know pretty much anything you could ever want or need to know about ANY e-bike. Every time I go and ask any question, they have known the answer...it's very impressive! They are kind and super helpful. We have bought 1 e-bike from them and had a few repairs done by them. They got us in and out in a day for a flat tire, which was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about e-RYDE. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to E-Ryde for all the maintenance on my family's e-bikes. Every time we go in, everyone in the shop is super friendly and will go out of their way to help. Plus, we get our bikes back super quick! I recently had another experience where the service blew me away. My Fiance and I rented 8 bikes for our wedding party weekend. They went out of their way to make it convenient for us! The whole process was easy, fun, and affordable. Thanks, E-Ryde!

Bought my son an e-bike here and had an awesome experience. Cole helped us out, let us test ride a few bikes, and took the time to answer all our questions. I was so happy with the whole process that I went back the next day and bought one for myself. Cole and the entire team at E-Ryde LA are great. Definitely recommend getting your e-bike here!

If I could give 0 stars, I 100% would. Awful place and very full of himself owner as well as sale rep. Damaged my son's ebike stating they dont work on "cheap bikes" where the only job they had to do is put hydraulic brakes. They refused to fix it saying they cant get the parts. Later when I went to pick it up, tire was poked too. Zero compassion, horrible personnel. Ended up finding a great place that fixed everything eRyde ruined with no problem!
