Been waiting three weeks for my bike because the manufacturer (Velotric) is going through supply issues, but wanted to post now about what excellent service I’ve received from Dell and Timur. Not sure is Dell is the owner or employ but he is tier one! I’m new to electric bikes and my son managed to get a flat tire on both his bike and his dad’s. Dell had good advice on the best solution to try and avoid flats moving forward, as well as being the muscle behind loading and unloading these behemoths out of my husband’s pickup 🥴 The service was fast, the quality was great, and the price was extremely competitive. My family recently became e-bike owners and upon receiving our second RadRunner2 today, the back tube popped during assembly at home. We called Electric Bike Center to see if they could help and upon confirmation we immediately brought the bike in. Tim was incredibly friendly, humorous, and experienced with e-bike repairs. Not only did he fix the back tire, he finished the front tire and did a few tweaks and checks to ensure our self-assembly was good to go. All of this took maybe an hour. I...

Great store! Was looking for a shop to get my Lectric XP 3.0 fixed as I got into an accident with it. This place is Lectric Authorized so I ended up coming here. The service was very quick and free of charge as Lectric warranty covered the costs. 10/10 will come here again for any Ebike.

This guy is a true professional. Had two ebikes serviced here. My daily commuter with 2k miles and my teenage son’s Ridstar. Not only did he do a great job with replacing my very worn out back tire, front and back brake pads, and did the repairs on the Ridstar, he went above and beyond by cleaning the bikes, and even repositioned the controller of the Ridstar for better cooling airflow. Pricing for parts and labor is super fair. Definitely recommend ask for Timur.
