I own seven unusual elliptical (ElliptiGO) bikes that some shops won't work on. The guys at Dublin Cyclery not only welcomed me, but they thanked me for bringing them something interesting to work on. They have always been straight, helpful, and fair in every way. Besides that, they're friendly and easy to talk to. I have been a customer since 2017.

I brought my kids bike in only to fix a flat tire, which they charged $30 for. The next day, the shop called and said my brake had a problem and wanted to charge an additional $150. However, my brake was working perfectly fine when I brought the bike in, so I refused the extra repair. When I came back to pick up my bike, I was shocked to find that the brake was completely damaged. The owner insisted it was already broken when I brought it in — but if that were true, why does the receipt only...

Huge thanks to Dublin Cyclery! They did some awesome work on my 25 year old BMX bike to get it road-worthy again. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All the reviws about them knowing their stuff, especially the vintage stuff is 100% true. I won't go anywhere else after this.
