My son's e-bike stopped working 3 months after we purchased it online. We took the bike into Motion Madness and I am so thankful we have them here locally! My husband called the manufacturer and after they heard it was at Mike’s shop Motion Madness there were no questions asked. They sent the parts directly to the shop. Mike and Ron had it fixed in just a couple of after receiving the parts. Great service and great people! Thank you Mike and Ron!

Went in a few months ago for a flat on my rear tire. I don't know how to remove the rear tire without messing up the wiring so I decided to take it into a professional shop. I asked a for a new tube and tire which they agreed to do then they also said they have their own anti flat blend that works many times better than green slime from Walmart. We had a Inmotion electric unicycle in need of a tire repair. We went to two other places in the area and no one has heard of it or had any idea how to change the tire and it was basically a quick no. We came to Motion Madness, and although they were not familiar with it, I think they’re more of the true mechanical type and were willing to look at the video instructions online and figured out how to change the tire for us. Best e-bike shop I've ever been to. Tops in every service they offer. When it comes to services offered I ask questions and pay close attention for future benefits I may receive and benefits I am receiving. Like I said this place is tops.

Their mechanic is very knowledgeable and pin pointed the issue in seconds. The whole staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and their price to take care of the bike was very reasonable and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Very helpful in answering my questions and making recommendations with variable options. I will continue to take my bikes there to be worked on.
