I would give this place of "Business" a NEGATIVE 100 if I could. An order was placed on 8/21/25 with it saying it would be shipped in 1-5 business days. (on the email the shipping ticket was created on 9/01/25) I waited until the second week of Sept to contact them via chat. Customer service is horrible! My son purchased his scooter there and we decided to take it there for a back tire repair. Paid 75 bucks and it took a week to get it back. It sat for a few days and before he took it on his first ride he had to add air to the tire and it went completely flat on his ride. Called them right away but they were closed for a week. My husband has been taking his scooter there for the past 2 years now. It started with a tire repair and has never stopped. Always with the same tire popping over and over again. Each time he's taken it in they require a $100 deposit. And a few months later it's broken again. Until today he discovered some of the screws have been missing in both tires for who knows how long.
