Vicious Cycle and Snow St. Albert

I hear about the opening Vicious cycles new store and went to see it. They have a really cool display at the front that looks like a forest and makes you think of biking on trails. The store is huge and has lots of nice gear. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though I do not have much knowledge about bikes. I defiantly recommend everyone who is looking for a great bike store to go there!

Bought a bike here recently. Had to call back because I took off the tire and when I put it back I did it backwards. I’m new to this but knew touching the brakes before tire was on was a big deal. Called it and spoke with Owen. Told me to how to use a gift card to pry open brakes. Stayed on the phone till I fixed it and made sure brakes were operational and didn’t need to be bled. I’ve dealt with Vicious a few times, and their sister store Mud Sweat and Gears as well and have always had a great experience. The staff have gone above and beyond to help. Best bike shops in the Edmonton area.

The staff were absolutely awesome. I went in with an item in mind but unfortunately it was sent to another location. So while I was in the store I was hoping to pick up some goggles but once again, they didnt have specifically what i was after (it is after Christmas and boxing day after all). None the less, they let me try on similar products and were extremely helpful with any questions I had. Customer service like this is what brings me back to stores and I'll certainly be keeping this loc...

This place is excellent for bike-related help. Everyone is friendly and supportive, especially Dan, he’s been incredibly helpful on all of my visits. Not only is he skilled with mechanical repairs, but he also generously shares cycling knowledge and community information.
