Wonderful service, got my new winter tires installed on day of our first good snowfall , very pleased indeed ! An awesome, cohesive, cheerful crew｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡ happy I picked Crankys.

This is my second bike that I’ve purchased from Cranky’s. The staff is well versed and knowledgeable about all things bike related. I always walk away from the shop knowing more then when I walked in. They’re also very friendly and patient, which makes it a very comfortable experience for the customers. I’ll be back for the next upgrade, definitely. 👍

I had my old bike rear axle blow out on me, I brought my front and rear wheels in and Fernando had served me in parts. He was very friendly and had the rear wheel assembly in stock. He brought the front wheel assembly over from the Southside store in Edmonton. He called me when the front was ready for pickup. I had a awesome experience at this store. I will be back at some other time. Thank you for the great customer service.

Full tune up for my Giant mountain bike. Staff were ultra friendly professional and experts in their field. Parts were excellent, reasonably priced and service was fabulous. I highly recommend Cranky’s for all your bike needs!! 😃😃😃
