We got our Mokwheel Basalts at EBike of the Rockies and highly recommend! They offer a great selection of e-bikes and were very helpful in helping get us set up with our bikes. Mike’s business, EBike of the Rockies, is very professional and friendly. Price quoted was accurate and plenty of bikes available to test ride. An easy and no pressure sales experience. Test rode in a nice area around his home. I had a minor issue after purchase, not the business’ fault, and Mike took care of it ASAP. I definitely wouldn't purchase online unless you live close by so that you have the ability for them to service the bike if there is an issue. We bought our ebike after viewing their website. Shortly after purchsse it started having troubles with the power disconnecting whenever we hit a bump. When I contacted Mike, he contacted me right away, but told me to contact his partner for suggestions. It took her 4 days to respond.
