Called and spoke with Collin on a Thursday afternoon about a unit that I had on order with a different dealership for close to 3 months. Was told they had the identical unit in stock at Casper Mountain Motorsports. Went down the next day to get and got the royal treatment from everyone at the dealership. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get an atv, utv, or motorcycle!

My experience was excellent. Had a minor issue with a used bike (not the dealers fault) and they came rushing out immediately to correct the problem. I was a pretty needy customer and they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the extra effort they made and I highly recommend Casper Mountain Motorsports.

Do not use this business for anything. The employees nor the owner care if they have your business. And their service department response when a customer asks for an update when they have had a job for three hours is “we’ll get to it when we get to it” and the owner agrees with them. I purchased this unit from these guys. The experience was amazing. From start to finish. They were very upfront, no hidden fees or anything.
