Z-Best Bikes

Had an Aventon Pace 500.3 eBike with persistent squeaky disc brakes. Drove me nuts! Called Z-Best Bikes and John hooked me my up with a pair of brake pads that do not squeak. All good now. Thanks.

Called to ask about getting the tire fixed on my e-bike. John said he was out on a call and would call me back. Called again next day (because he didn’t call back). Thankful I called instead of driving the 50+ miles 1 way. Guy was rude, said he didn’t have one. Never offered to order me one. Great customer service, not.

John was so helpful in finding me a company that I could order the charger that I forgot to pack for my Ebike. He did the research and linked me to the company seamlessly. You don’t often find that kind of customer service in this internet age, and I’m so happy for your assistance. Highly appreciated and recommended.

John was very helpful and patient with me being a new bike owner. I had several questions he was able to answer and explain thoroughly. I left with a great bike and am excited to get out on the trails. His little helper Rosie was also a huge help! 😉

Needed rear brakes looked at while on vacation and Z-Best was the only place around that could service the bike with a quick turnaround time. John was very helpful and diligent in figuring out the issue.
