Took some new tires and rims to get mounted to use on ATV. The shop was extremely busy with getting snowmobiles ready for opening trails on Monday. Was advised that it may be during the week before the tires could be completed. It was about an hour later that I received a call that the tires were done and ready for pickup. GREAT JOB like always! Thank you for taking the time to complete my small job, quickly! Great place to shop & do business with great employees!

Wayne is way too busy to return calls promptly or to provide status updates. Also, he could be more forthright when letting customers know about the cost of the service. I was told it was going to be $700 , apparently that didn’t include parts and added fees and it was over $900 when said and done. He did do a great job advocating for us on the warranty repair.

Wayne in the service the department is the best in the business. Highly recommended. Great work, in great time, for a good price. You can’t beat Wayne’s great customer service. This is the only place I will bring my motorcycles.

What an incredible place with great employees. We met Mike at the door and he so welcoming. He then took us over to Jacob who knows more about the machines than the people that make them!! Jacob we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. You knew every single detail and wowed us beyond belief. Mike was there the whole time taking care of us as well. All I can say is if anyone is looking to buy a toy buy from them. 10 star review would still be too low. Jacob is even delivering ...

The service department was great they work on my machine sooner then I expected. Was fair with the work that was done. Wayne even took time to explain how they did to test and make sure the problem was fixed. Made sure everything was good engine was working good. I also wanted to mention i was there earlier in the summer and a guy from the parts department helped answer some questions on pioneers. I'll be back either for service or to get another machine.
