John fixed up my very sorry looking road bike for an excellent price, whilst also completing the job in about a day. As someone new to the area he also gave me some maps and briefed me on the local cycling routes. Excellent service and I will be returning for future bike stuff!

I called to ask what brand of mountain/trail bike shorts they offered. I was abruptly told "We don't sell baggies". Huh? Maybe this store only caters to road cyclists. Well, I ride a road bike too, but sometimes want to stop at a restaurant and would prefer to wear more appropriate casual attire

After several fruitless visits, I've gotten the impression that the owner is a better salesman than technician. The older gentleman does not appear to have passion for his trade, and many bike issues are turned down. Fortunately, I went in once when there was an eager employee watching the store, and he fixed my brakes with no hassle.

Came here with my bicycle that had been sitting in my garage for over five years and had two flat tires. John graciously came out to my car to give me an estimate. Decided on a tuneup for safety reasons. Came back two days later and it was all fixed and ready to go. John also helped me pick out and fit me for a helmet. John and Liz are running an exceptional bicycle store providing extraordinary service. Being an expert mechanic John has been able to service my bikes at a level which is very rare to find. He rebuilt my beloved vintage Pinarello bike which turned out to be even better than I bought it when I was a student 30 years ago.
