These guys are awesome. I brought my bike in for service and they went through it and gave it a quick tune up, it feels like a brand new bike. They were super patient and answered all my questions Its clear they love bicycles and sharing their knowledge with novice cyclists. They are great mechanics and advocates for the cycling community. I spent a long time shopping at some of the brand name cycle shops, before buying my new Reid E bike from West Allis bike shop. I am so glad I waited. Believe the reviews! An old fashioned family owned bike shop. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped in for some minor parts and repairs. They listened and offered me options, explain advantages and disadvantages of each, and let me make the choice. I will be back.

First, clean and well maintained establishment. Second, a good amount of BMX bikes that are well reviewed and third customer service phenomenal !
