I bought this Fairdale spaceship from Chris and he did an incredible job working with me too build a bike within my budget that is so much more than I expected to be able to get. He thoughtfully took on my questions and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend working with Tosa for your next bike!

New bike shop for me. Had an excellent experience start to finish. First off, they’re open when they say they’re open, which is not a gimme in March. For those who may need service on a Velotric e-bike, they work on those. Estimate on an e-bike tuneup, new riser handle bar and shifter was 2 weeks. Bike was ready in 8 days. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Prices are reasonable imo. Did I mentioned they’re open when they say they’re open?! 👍👍👊👊

I'm 60 years old and haven't been on a bike in 25 years. Found this beauty at a rummage sale and took it to Tosa Bike Garage for a tune up. Not only did Chris get my bike back into shape, he sized it for me and waited patiently as I wobbled up and down his driveway trying to find my long lost balance. I don't need to look any further for a "bike guy!"

I can tell you that my travels across Wisconsin and meeting many mechanics riders and fellow riders, Chris is fantastic. He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING. I trust his abilities and that is huge. His suggestions are not just what he would like but understands mine. We are all different and it's important to know the rider. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

We recently brought two adult bikes to Tosa Bike Garage for tune-ups. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He exceeded our expectations for turnaround time and made sure we understood everything he did. We thought one of the seats was broken and were prepared to buy a new seat.
