Fox River Sports and Kim are running a wonderful small business bike shop in the heart of Waukesha. It’s clear he’s passionate about biking and the community, friendly and helpful! I took my son’s bike in for a popped tube and it was done in 24 hours. When going to pick it up I brought along another orphan bike from my garage that needed a pedal replacement and Kim took care of it on the spot. I came in to get it tune up. He madr me buy the new wheels but he want me to pay lots just for it. He brought the bike out in front of my car like this and say nothing. I never experience anything like this before very upset.

Amazing place and great work! Lots of history here as well. 2025 update: went in for spring service and rep replacing my front headset and made it a little bit taller for me. Fantastic customer service and the turnaround was one day!! Love this local place and will always come back!

I walked in with my tire that needed to be changed. I was troubleshooting at home and couldn't figure out why the tire wouldn't properly seat! Kim took the time to help me through it and was able to figure out the problem. Thank you Kim for helping me and getting me BACK on the trail with my dog!
