I want to tell you about an incident I experienced. I bought Trek Marlin 8 Gen 2 from the Türkiye distributor of the Trek brand. I didn't do any quality control when buying, trusting the brand. They gave our small family a tour of HQ on short notice. Beautiful facilities and they treated us incredibly well. Actually hard to believe. Seems like an awesome place to work as well, people seem happy there. Betsy handled our communication and the tour, and she was absolutley awesome! Incredibly grateful.
