I had an excellent experience today (August 7th) at the Atkins bicycle shop in Verona, Wisconsin. The service department sorted out my bike's issue quickly and professionally. I'm traveling across country and they kindly had me back on the road within a couple of hours. The staff even gave me a great recommend for a breakfast/lunch spot nearby where I could grab a bite to eat while I waited on the repairs to be completed. My wife and I had our bikes overhauled, at Atkins Cycle, in Verona. By far, the VERY best bicycle service we have ever received, at an extremely reasonable price. Everything they fixed is spot-on perfect. The brakes are BETTER than when I bought the bikes. Through Google, we found the shop just around the corner from our hotel (Fairfield Inn). After we entered the shop, we were met with friendly smiles and greetings. Since we were out of town visitors with needing derailleur adjustment/repair and chain replacement, they got us right in. Night and day experience taking my bike to Atkins after getting car repairs recently. Atkins does high-quality work at a very reasonable price with great communication and stands by their service warranty if something were to go wrong (but it won't!).
