Fantastic down to earth staff with an owner who went above and beyond my expectations. I came in with a flat on my e-bike that other shops wouldn’t even touch. Quick turnaround time and after having it replaced and tightened. I find it runs smooth like brand new out of the box! In time for more summer fall biking. If you have an e-bike or scooter you bought online I can’t recommend better hands. If I have any issues I know who to call. 📞 Thanks Komoto!

Great knowledgeable people to trust and have work on your scooter. Tony and his partner swapped out the tires on my Yume X11+ into some nice thick street tires. Everything went well and to test out his work I rode it 20+ miles home. No complaints! Glad I found my go to now scooter mechanic.

I got my m1100 today in store and this scooter is not only fast despite not even being there fastest option, The m1100 looks great, The battery life is insane and it’s very fast. And even with all this is by far the smoothest scooter I have ever ridden. Having a in store experience is the best thing when it comes to electric scooter! Defiantly going to be a returning customer!

Would have loved to buy a Scooter from him when I got back on my feet... But today, when I ask to use the restroom, he told me that I had to be a paying customer. If it where a restaurant of any kind, I'd understand much more. Sadly, I am not about to spend $500+ (that I currently don't have) on something just to I use the restroom.
